Title: Peanut Patties

Yield: 50 Patties
2 1/4 | c | Sugar |
1 | c | Milk |
2/3 | c | White Karo Syrup |
1/2 | ts | Vanilla |
3 | c | Raw peanuts |
6 | dr | Red food coloring |
1 | tb | Butter |
Combine sugar, milk, Karo and peanuts together; bring to a boil. Cook on low heat for 1 hour and 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; add butter, vanilla and food coloring. Beat until thick and holds shape. Drop from spoon onto greased waxed paper.
YIELD: 50 patties
