6 Celery Stalks, washed,leaves
  Removed
1cNo-fat cottage cheese
2tsLemon juice
1/2tsLow-salt Soy sauce
1tsPrepared mustard
1/2cChives
1 Clove garlice, minced

Place cottage cheese and all ingredients except celery in a blender. Blend till smooth. Stuff celery with cheese mixture. Cut each stalk into 6 individual pieces. Serve each with a toothpick.
