Title: Basic Vinaigrette

Yield: 1 Cup
1/4 | c | Red wine vinegar or rice wine |
1/2 | c | Water |
1 1/2 | tb | Apple juice concentrate |
1/4 | ts | Garlic powder |
1/4 | ts | Onion powder |
1 | ts | Fresh lemon juice |
1 | ts | Low-sodium soy sauce |
1/2 | ts | Dijon mustard no-salt added |
1 | ds | Red (cayenne) pepper |
Place all ingredients in jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake well. When mixture is well blended, place in refrigerator until served.
