Title: Basic Vinaigrette

Yield: 1 Cup

1/4cRed wine vinegar or rice wine
1/2cWater
1 1/2tbApple juice concentrate
1/4tsGarlic powder
1/4tsOnion powder
1tsFresh lemon juice
1tsLow-sodium soy sauce
1/2tsDijon mustard no-salt added
1dsRed (cayenne) pepper

Place all ingredients in jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake well. When mixture is well blended, place in refrigerator until served.
