Title: Corn Stuffed Pork Chops

6 | | Pork chops,1 to 2-inch thick |
7 | oz | Can whole kernel corn; not drained |
1 | c | Soft bread crumbs |
1 | tb | Instant minced onion |
2 | tb | Minced green pepper |
1 | ts | ;salt |
1/2 | ts | Sage |
Have butcher cut a pocket or use a sharp knife to cut a horizontal slit in
side of each chop, forming a pocket. Mix undrained corn, bread crumbs,
onion, salt, pepper, and sage. Spoon mixture into slits. Close slits with
small skewers or toothpicks. Place on metal rack or trivet in crockpot.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Especially good with fruit salad
and lemon-buttered broccoli.
