1 | Papaya; seeded and diced | |
1 | md | Nectarine; pitted and diced |
1 | Starfruit; diced | |
2 | Green onions; thinly sliced | |
2 | tb | Yellow bell pepper; diced |
2 | tb | Fresh cilantro; chopped |
2 | tb | Lime juice |
2 | tb | Orange juice |
1 | tb | Jalapeno pepper; seeded and minced |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
In medium bowl, combine papaya, nectarine, starfruit, green onions, yellow bell pepper, cilantro, lime juice, orange juice, jalapeno and salt. Cover and allow to stand at room temperature for abo 1 hour. Serve atop Cumin Turkey Cutlets.
