Title: Sticky Buns

Yield: 1 Servings

  Dough:
3/4cWater
2cWhite bread flour
1 1/2tbDry milk
2tbSugar
1/2tsSalt
2tbButter
2tsActive dry yeast

  Filling:
1/4cSoft butter
1/2tsCinnamon

  Sticky sauce:
1/4cButter
1/2cBrown sugar
1/4cLight corn syrup
1/4cBroken pecans

Add all dough ingredients to bread machine and process on dough cycle.

Combine all sticky sauce ingredients in medium saucepan and warm over medium heat until sugar dissolves.

Pour sticky sauce into 8x8 pan . Sprinkle with broken nuts. Turn dough out onto floured surface (it will be sticky) and punch down. Roll dough to a 16x10 rectangle for large loaf, 12x8 for regular. Dot with soft butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll jellyroll style and pinch seams together. Slice into 1 1/2 inch thick pieces, place into pan on top of sticky sauce, and let double in size (about 1 hour). Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Cool for no more thanthree minutes then invert pan so sauce an nuts are on top of buns. Serve.
