1/3 | c | Lowfat buttermilk |
1/4 | c | Water |
1/4 | c | Egg Beaters |
2 | tb | Barley malt or brown rice |
Syrup | ||
2 | tb | Apple juice concentrate |
2 | tb | Crushed pineapple, |
Unsweetened | ||
1/3 | Carrot, finely grated | |
1/2 | ts | Orange or lemon extract |
1/2 | c | Whole wheat flour |
2/3 | c | Wheat bran |
2 | tb | Oat bran |
1/2 | ts | Baking powder |
1/2 | ts | Baking soda |
1/2 | ts | Ground cinnamon |
Preheat oven to 375F. Spray 12 muffin cups with pam and set aside. Combine wet ingredients in one bowl and dry in another. Combine. Spoon into muffin cups. bake until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 20 minutes.
