1 | tb | Chopped red onion |
1/2 | tb | Cgopped cucumber |
1 | ts | Mint flakes |
1/2 | ts | Marjoram |
1/2 | ts | Cumin |
1/2 | ts | Oregano |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Black pepper |
1/2 | ts | Red pepper |
1 | tb | Red wine |
Lettuce | ||
Tomato |
Assemble the above ingredients on grilled hamburgers and rolls.
I was very impressed with how this sauce turned out. I've never made anything like it before, but I tried it on my hamburger, and it tasted just like the sauce they use at On a Roll in Madison when they make their Souvlaki Beef Gyros. Mmmmm.
