  Salt to taste
  Cayenne pepper to taste
MUSTARD SAUCE
1cMustard-your choice
1/2cHoney
1cDry white wine (opt)or stock

Preheat oven to 300 F. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the ribs, the place them in a large baking pan, and bake in oven until tenter, about 1 hr. Drizzle with the mustard sauce.
