Salt to taste | ||
Cayenne pepper to taste | ||
MUSTARD SAUCE | ||
1 | c | Mustard-your choice |
1/2 | c | Honey |
1 | c | Dry white wine (opt)or stock |
Preheat oven to 300 F. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the ribs, the place them in a large baking pan, and bake in oven until tenter, about 1 hr. Drizzle with the mustard sauce.
