Title: Citrus Marinade

Yield: 1 Servings
1/2 | c | Vegetable oil |
1/3 | c | Chopped green onions |
1/4 | c | Chopped fresh mint leaves |
1/4 | c | Lemon juice |
1/4 | c | Lime juice |
1/4 | c | Orange juice |
1 | ts | Finely chopped fresh seeded jalapeno pepper |
1 | ts | Grated lemon peel |
1 | ts | Grated orange peel |
2 | tb | Honey |
In medium bowl stir together all marinade ingredients. Use to marinate 2 pounds meat (chicken, pork or fish). Cook as desires. Yield: 2 cups.
