4 1/2 | oz | Vodka |
2/3 | c | Grated cheese |
6 | oz | Prosciutto; chopped |
Pepper | ||
1 | lb | Rigatoni; cooked |
3 | oz | Butter |
9 | sl | Mozzarella |
3 | Egg yolks | |
1 | pt | Heavy cream |
Fresh parsley; chopped |
Place butter and proscuitto in pan, allow to simmer, add vodka. NOTE - when adding vodka, be extremely careful, remove pan from stove, "this could flame". Allow to simmer. Add heavy cream, marinara sauce, pepper, grated cheese, mozzarella, and mix together with rigatoni. When serving, add extra sauce on plate and garnish with parsley.
