Title: Hurry Up Ravioli

Yield: 4 Servings
1 | lb | Ravioli, fresh or frozen |
3 | tb | Butter |
1/4 | c | Flour |
1 1/2 | c | Milk |
1/2 | c | Chicken broth |
1/8 | ts | Pepper |
1 | c | Frozen green peas |
1/2 | c | Parmesan cheese, grated |
1 | c | Ham, cut in julliane |

While ravioli is cooking, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook one minute, stirring constantly. Slowly add milk and chicken broth, whisking as you add liquids. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture has thickened. Add the pepper and peas, stirring to mix. Gradually add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted. Mix in the ham strings.
Transfer cooked ravioli to a large bowl and pour in sauce; gently toss until ravioli is coated with sauce. Transfer to a large serving platter and enjoy.
