Title: Pasta with Broccoli

1 | md | Head fresh broccoli |
3 | tb | Butter |
1/4 | c | Olive oli |
4 | | Cloves garlic minced or 4 tb ready chopped garlic |
1 | md | Onion chopped |
1/2 | c | White wine or chicken broth |
| | Salt & fresh grnd pepper to taste |
12 | oz | Pasta cooked |
| | Grated cheese for topping |
Wash and cut broccoli into bite size pieces. Cook in salted water until
crisp. Drain well and set aside. In a pan, melt butter in olive oil. Sautee
onion until translucent. Add garlic and simmer for 1 minute. Add broccoli,
and wine or broth and simmer 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper. In a large
bowl mix drained pasta with broccoli mixture. Toss well. Serve immediately
with grated cheese for topping.
