6 | Pork chops | |
1 | c | Uncooked rice |
1 | Cube of beef bouillon | |
1 1/2 | c | Water |
1 | cn | Mushroom soup |
1/2 | cn | Water |
1/2 | pk | Onion soup mix |
Brown pork chops in skillet on stove. Put aside. Place rice in greased 9x13 dish. Pour bouillon and water over rice. Place chops on rice. Pour soup and 1/2 can of water over chops. Sprinkle onion soup mix over chops and rice. Cover with foil and cook at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
