Title: Pasta Shells with Greens

3 | c | Spicy greens: arugula or |
| | Cress coarse chopped |
2 | c | Fresh spinach leaves |
2 | c | Small shell pasta |
3 | | Cloves garlic thin sliced |
| | Red pepper flakes |
6 | oz | Ricotta cheese |
4 | oz | Grated parmesan cheese |
| | Olive oil |
Saute garlic and dried red pepper flakes to taste in saute pan with a bit
of olive oil. when pasta is done cooking, toss into pan to coat. Stir in
the greens and then add and stir in the cheese mixture. Season to taste.
Again serve with crusty bread and a salad.
