Title: Meatballs To Serve With Spaghetti Sauce

Yield: 6 Servings
3/4 | lb | Ground beef |
1/4 | lb | Ground pork |
1 | c | Fine dry bread crumbs |
1/2 | c | Grated parmesan cheese |
1 | Sprig parsley chopped or | |
1 Tbls parsley flakes | ||
1 | cl | Garlic, minced |
1/2 | c | Milk |
2 | Well-beaten eggs | |
Salt and pepper |
Combine meats, crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic, milk, eggs, and seasonings; mix throughly. Form into small balls; brown in hot fat. Add to sauce and cook over low heat 15 minutes. Serve over spaghetti.
