1/2 | lb | Velveeta cheese,cubed |
1/4 | c | Milk |
2 | ts | Dry mustard |
1 | lb | Ground beef |
1/3 | c | Old fashion oats,uncooked |
1/4 | c | Ketchup |
1/4 | c | Finely chopped onions |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Stir cheese,milk and mustard in a small
saucepan over low heat until smooth.Reserve 3/4 cup cheese sauce.Mix
remaining 1/4 cup cheese sauce and remaining ingredients in a large bowl
until well blended.Shape into a 8 x 3" loaf in a 10 x 6" baking dish.Bake
40 minutes.Serve with reserved cheese sauce.Garnish as desired.
