Title: Savoury Meatloaf with Sauce

1 | | Can Cream of Mushroom and |
| | Onion Soup |
2 | lb | Lean ground round |
1/3 | c | Dry bread crumbs |
1/4 | c | Ketchup |
2 | | Eggs, beaten |
2 | tb | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | ts | Dry mustard |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
1/3 | c | Water |
In large bowl, combine 1/2 cup soup, beef, bread crumbs, ketchup, eggs,
worcestershire sauce, mustard and pepper; mix throughly with hands. Press
mixture firmly in 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 60 60 70 minutes or
unitl done. Drain liquid. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes. In small saucepan
over medium heat, combine remaining soup and water. Heat through, stirring
occasionally. Serve with meat loaf. Serves 6 to 8 Source: Longo's
