1 1/2 | c | Bottled picante sauce |
3 | tb | Packed light brown sugar |
1 | tb | Dijon mustard |
4 | Boneless, skinless chicken breasts | |
3 | c | Hot cooked rice |
Mix picante sauce, sugar and mustard. Place chicken in a 2 quart shallow baking dish. Pour picante sauce mixture over chicken. Bake at 400øF for 20 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve with rice.
