Title: Threadgill's Bbq Sauce

Yield: 1 Quart
2 | Cloves garlic | |
1 | Orange; split | |
1 | Yellow onion; split | |
1/2 | c | Brown sugar |
1 | Bay leaf | |
1/2 | c | Honey |
16 | oz | Tomato sauce |
14 | oz | Ketchup(1 regular size bottl |
1/2 | c | A.1. Steak Sauce |
1/4 | c | Prepared mustard |
2 | ts | Tabasco Sauce |
2 | oz | Worcestershire sauce |
2 | tb | Red wine vinegar |
4 | oz | Bock beer |
Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring to keep them from burning, then reduce to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Simmer about 1 hour, then remove from heat and strain. Refrigerate unused portion.
