Title: Tig's Unsausage & Pasta Soup

5 | c | Vegetable broth |
1 | pk | Morningstar vegetarian |
Sausage, sliced | ||
1 | md | Onion, chopped |
3 | Green onions, thinly sliced | |
1 | Bell pepper, diced | |
2 | Bay leaves | |
1/2 | ts | Lemon pepper |
1 | Thinly sliced serrano | |
Chilis | ||
1 | c | Small shell pasta |
1 | c | Frozen peas |
In a large pot, combine veg broth, links, onion, green onion, bell pepper, bay leaves, lemon pepper, and serranos. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add pasta shells and simmer another 7 to 9 minutes, until cooked tender. Add peas and heat to warm. Ladle into bowls and serve!
