Title: Pickled Grape Relish with Ginger and Chiles
Categories: Side Relish Fruit
Yield: 1 Quart

1 1/2cDistilled white vinegar
1/2cLight brown sugar
1/4cGranulated sugar
2tbCoriander seeds; crushed
2 Cinnamon sticks -OR-
1tbGround cinnamon
7 Whole cloves
1tsSalt
2 Inch piece peeled fresh gingerroot; sliced very thin
2 Red or green unseeded jalapeno peppers; sliced thin
3cMixed red & green grapes

In a large saucepan over medium heat, bring to boil: vinegar, sugars, coriander, cinnamon, cloves, and salt. Remove from heat; mix in gingerroot, jalapenos, and grapes. Soak 1 hour or longer and serve with roasted or grilled poultry or pork.
