Title: Rio's Curry Goat

3 | lb | Goat meat, cut in 2-inch |

1 1/2 | Onions, divided | |
3 | tb | Curry powder |
1 | tb | Dried thyme leaves |
2 | ts | Pepper |
1 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | c | Crisco Oil |
Place meat in glass baking dish. Season with 1 chopped onion, curry, thyme, pepper, and salt. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove meat from refrigerator next day. Place meat in large saucepan. Cover with water. Add oil. Simmer 1 hour 30 minutes. Add remaining half chopped onion. Simmer 15 minutes.
