6 | lb | Coarsely ground pork |
Shoulder | ||
3 | tb | And 1 tsp salt |
3 | ts | Marjoram |
4 | Cloves garlic | |
1 1/2 | ts | Ground black pepper |
2 1/2 | cn | Water |
Mix well and stuff into casings. Tie off at 4" intervals. Can be frozen.
