Title: Almond Jelly with Longan and Fresh Fruit

  Ajar 2 powder
  Sugar
  Milk
  Water
  Almond essence
4pk(1pk 25 gm)

6 Ltr
2 1/2 Cup

Put milk, water, 3/4 of sugar in a pot and bring to a boil. Mix the 1/4 of sugar with agar 2 powder. When water\milk boils, pour in the agar 2 powder, stir and bring to a boil again. Add almond essence.

Pour into trays and let it set in the fridge. When agar2 is set, cut into cube and mix with fresh fruit and longan. From: Sherree Johansson Date: 02-22-96
