Title: Hot Chinese Mustard

1/4 | c | Dry mustard |
2 | tb | Cold water or flat beer |
Put dry mustard in cup or small bowl. Gradually add cold water, stirring until thoroughly mixed. Make only a small amount needed at a time, for it dries on standing.
