Wrap bacon slice around each de-boned dove breast. Place in shallow baking dish and add salt and pepper. Add 1 cup water. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Also for: Substitute Snipe or Woodcock. Recipe date: 11/30/87
