2 | tb | Powdered Sugar |
2 | tb | Amaretto |
BERRIES | ||
1 | c | Sliced Strawberries |
1 | c | Blueberries |
COOK'S NOTES: Ingredient Info
Choose blueberries that are firm, uniform in size and indigo blue with a silvery frost. Berries shouldn't be washed until you are ready to use them.
1. In a small bowl, combine amaretto cream ingredients; beat with wire whisk until well blended. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.
2. To serve, spoon berries into 4 individual serving bowls; top with amaretto cream.
