Title: Potatoes with Black Pepper

x | Potatoes, cooked, peeled, | |
And cut into 3/4 inch dice | ||
x | Some salt | |
x | Lots of black pepper | |
x | Chopped parsley or green | |
Coriander |
Heat some oil in a pan. When hot, put in the potatoes, salt, and pepper. Keep frying them, stirring occasionally, until the outsides turn slightly crusty. Add the parsley or coriander, stir briefly, and serve.
