Title: Baked Salmon Fillets with Almond Crumb Crust

1 | ts | Dried Italian seasoning |

1 1/2 | lb | Salmon fillets, cut in six |

Preheat oven to 425F and spray a sheet pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Dredge fish in egg white, then into combined bread crumbs, parsley, almonds and seasonings. Bake 10-20 minutes until flakes with fork.
