Title: Salmon with Dill Sauce

10 1/2 | oz | Salmon; divided |
1/2 | c | Plain low-fat yogurt |
1/2 | ts | Sugar |
2 | ts | Cornstarch |
3 | ts | Dill |
2 | ts | White wine |

Spray baking dish with olive oil, place salmon in bottom. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon dill, then tightly seal baking dish and bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. In saucepan, combine yogurt, sugar, 2 teaspoons dill, and wine to make the dill sauce. Add a little water to the cornstarch and then add it to dill sauce. Stir constantly and heat throughly, but do not bring surce to a boil. Pour equal amounts of dill sauce over each piece of salmon and serve immediately over rice and/or vegetables.
