Title: Vanilla Frozen Yogurt

2 | c | Yogurt cheese |
3/4 | c | Sugar |
1 1/4 | c | Skim milk |
1/4 | c | Heavy cream |
1/2 | ts | Vanilla extract |
1 | Vanilla bean |
In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt cheese, sugar, milk, cream and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined. Split the vanilla bean in half lengthwise, and scrape the seeds into the bowl, stir to combine. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream machine and freeze according to manufacturers directions.
Per serving: 167 calories, 29g carb., 7g protein, 13mg chol., 3g/15% fat.
