4 | tb | Rice vinegar |
2 | ts | Sugar |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 | oz | Cucumber; finely chopped |
2 | sm | Shallots; finely chopped |
1 | sm | Carrot; finely chopped |
1 | sm | Red or green chili - finely chopped |
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well until thoroughly mixed and serve.
