1cWarm Water (105-110 Degrees)
3cFlour *

* We use a blend of high-protein unbleached, whole wheat, corn flour, and oat or rye flours, depending upon the mood/likes of the person doing the making. ~------------------------------------------------------------------------- Disolve yeast and sugar in water. Stir in flour 1/2 cup at a time. Knead 10 mins or so. Rise. Punch down, rest 10 mins. Pat into lightly oiled pizza pan. Finish as usual.
