1 1/4 | c | Fine vanilla wafer crumbs |
4 | ts | Sugar |
1/4 | c | Melted butter |
2 | c | Milk |
1 | c | Sour cream |
1/4 | ts | Almond extract |
1 | lg | Package French vanilla instant pudding mix |
21 | oz | Can cherry pie filling |
Combine first 3 ingredients in bowl; mix well. Press over bottom & sides of
9-inch pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool. Blend cold milk,
sour cream & flavoring in mixer bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat at low speed
for 1 minute. Pour into prepared pie shell. Chill for 2 hours. Spoon pie
filling around edge.
