Title: Honey Raisin Bran Muffins

Yield: 12 Servings
1 1/4 | c | All-purpose flour |
1 | tb | Baking powder |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
2 1/2 | c | Raisin Bran cereal |
1 | c | Milk |
1/3 | c | Honey |
1 | Egg | |
3 | tb | Vegetable oil |
1. Stir together flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside
2. In large mixing bowl, stir together raisin bran cereal, milk and honey. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes or untl cereal is softened. Add egg and oil Beat well.
3. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Portion batter evenly into 12 greased 2-1/2 inch muffin pan cups.
4. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
5. Serve warm.
