BROWNIES | ||
1/2 | c | Butter |
2 | c | Sugar |
4 | Eggs | |
1 1/2 | c | Flour |
1/3 | c | Cocoa |
1 | c | Chopped peanuts |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
2 | c | Marshmallows |
1/2 | c | Peanut butter chips |
1 | c | Crushed Do-Si-Do cookies |
ICING | ||
1/2 | c | Butter |
1 | lb | Powdered sugar |
1/2 | c | Cocoa |
1 | c | Chopped peanuts |
1/2 | c | Evaporated milk |
BROWNIES: Preheat oven to 350F. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Sift together flour and cocoa; add gradually until blended. Add peanuts and vanilla. Spread into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven. Mix together marshmallows, peanut butter chips and crushed do-si-do cookies. Top brownies with marshmallow mixture. Bake 10 more minutes. Cool completely and ice.
ICING: Melt butter. Sift cocoa and powdered sugar together; add butter. Stir in milk and peanuts.
