1 | c | Chopped cucumbers |
1 | c | Chopped stoned dates |
1 | c | Chopped green peppers |
1 | c | Chopped cabbage |
1 | c | Chopped onion |
1 | c | Green tomatoes, chopped |
1 | c | Chopped carrots |
1 | c | Chopped celery |
2 | c | Vinegar |
2 | c | Sugar |
2 | ts | Turmeric |
2 | ts | Mustard seed |
1 | ts | Celery seed |
Soak cucumbers and tomatoes in salt water while grinding the rest. Drain. Mix everything and boil for 20 minutes. Fill clean, sterile bottles and seal.
