1 | c | Flour |
1/2 | c | Corn meal |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | c | Beer |
1 | Egg |
Place flours in a bowl. Make a well in the center Add salt Pour beer and egg. Stir, then whip with a fork. Let stand 30 minutes Season fish with salt and lemon and let stand 1 hour in fridge, Drain, dip in batter and deep fry in oil
