Title: Spicy Mini-Meatballs

1 1/2 | tb | Light rum |
2 | tb | Soy sauce |
1 | Garlic clove; pressed | |
1 | ts | Ground ginger |
1 | lb | Ground beef; lean |
Combine all ingredients and blend well. Shape into balls about 1 inch in diameter. Bake in 300 degree oven for 12-15 minutes, turning once. Serve with wooden picks. Jo Merrill--personal files
