Title: Fried Meatballs

Yield: 8 Servings
1 | lb | Ground beef |
1/4 | c | Grated cheese |
1 | tb | Oregano |
1 | ds | Garlic powder |
1 | ds | Onion powder |
1/2 | c | Bread crumbs |
1 | tb | Parsley |
2 | Eggs |
Mix all ingredients together and form balls. Coat a large skillet with non-stick olive oil spray. Fry meatballs for about 10 minutes or until nice and brown. Store in an airtight container & refrigerator until ready to use, or drop immediately into tomato sauce and cook until sauce is heated through.
