| 1 | Onion; diced fine | |
| 1 | Garlic clove; minced | |
| 4 | tb | Flour |
| White pepper | ||
| 1 | ts | Paprika |
| 1 | qt | Sauerkraut juice* |
| 8 | oz | Fresh mushrooms; finely cut |
| Salt | ||
| Hungarian square noodles | ||
| 1 | qt | Water |
In a large kettle, melt butter and saute onion with garlic. Stir in flour and paprika. Add all remaining ingred. Bring to a boil, then serve with cooked Hungarian square noodles or others small noodles. *To suit your taste.
