Title: Cornbread (Healthy)

2 | Eggs, separated | |
1 1/2 | c | Water or other liquid |
1/4 | c | Unrefined oil |
1 | c | Cornmeal |
1 | c | Pastry or whole wheat flour |
2 | ts | Low sodium baking powder |
Dash of sea salt |
Beat eggy yolks. Add liquid, oil and then dry ingredients, which had been mixed together. Beat egg whtie, and fold in. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes in preheated and oiled cast iron pan.
