Title: Cucumber-Yogurt Soup

2cUnflavored low-fat yogurt
1mdCucumber, peeled and chopped
1cChicken broth
2tbEach lemon juice and orange juice
3tsFresh oregano leaves
  Salt and pepper
  Fresh oregano sprigs

In a bowl, stir together yogurt, cucumber, broth, lemon and orange juice and minced oregano. Add salt and pepper to taste. Chill at least 1 hour or up until the next day. Garnish each serving with an oregano sprig.
