Title: Neysa's Relish

Yield: 8 Pints
15 | c | Ground cucumbers |
2 | Ground red peppers | |
3/4 | c | Canning salt |
6 | c | Water |
1 | qt | Cider vinegar |
4 | c | Sugar |
1 1/2 | ts | Alum |
1 1/2 | tb | Celery seed |
2 | ts | Mustard seed |
Mix cucumbers, peppers, salt and water together and soak overnight in refrigerator.
Drain. Bring to a boil with remaining ingredients and can in sterile pints.
Couldn't find a recipe for regular relish so made this up.
