3 | pt | Water |
1 | c | Sauerkraut |
1 | c | Potatoes -- cubed |
1 | c | Sour cream |
2 | tb | Butter |
3 | tb | Flour |
1 | Egg yolk | |
Salt & pepper -- to taste |
Boil kraut and potaotes in water for 15 minutes. mix sour cream, butter, flour and egg yolk. Slowly add to soup mixture, stirring constantly. Heat through, season to taste.
