Title: Pickled Cucumbers (Norwegian-Scandinavian)

Yield: 6 Servings

2mdCucumbers, thinly sliced
1/3cCider vinegar
1/3cWater
2tbSugar
1/2tsSalt
1/8tsPepper
  Snipped fresh Dill

Place cucumbers in glass or plastic bowl.

Mix vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper, pour over cucumbers. Cover and refrigerate stirring occasionally, at least three hours.

Drain, sprinkle with dill weed.
