Title: Showboat Diner Peanut Butter Pie

1 | 9-inch baked pie crust | |
8 | oz | Cream cheese; softened |
1 1/2 | c | Creamy peanut butter |
1/4 | c | Milk |
1/2 | c | Granulated sugar |
16 | oz | Non-dairy whipped topping |
Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, milk and sugar until well blended. Add half the nondairy whipped topping (3-1/2 cups) and continue mixing until creamy.
Spoon mixture into cooled pie crust. Top with remaining nondairy whipped topping and chill. Makes 8 servings
