60 | g | Suet |
1 | c | Flour, self-raising |
1 | pn | Salt |
2 | tb | Water |
Skin and chop the suet. Sift the flour and a pinch of salt, and rub in the suet with fingertips. Add 2 tblspns of water or less gradually, to make a very dry dough. Knead pastry slightly, and roll out for use.
