Title: Schloss Sauce

Yield: 1 Servings

1cSour cream
3 Egg yolks
1tbLemon juice
1/2tsDry mustard
1/2tsWorcestershire sauce
1/4tsSalt

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly. Do NOT boil. Serve warm.

Makes 1 1/3 cups.
